Watercolor & Wine Tasting
Come watercolor with Sarah Simon of TheMintGardener at Fruit Wine Co. in Bellevue, and enjoy a mindful afternoon of watercolor. Fall in love with the flowing freedom of painting, exploring the joy and beauty of paint and water dancing across your pages.
Sometimes it just helps to SEE the magic happening, brushstroke by brushstroke. After this class with Sarah, you will be skilled and knowledgeable, with the new ability to see and recreate the watercolor process, layer by layer. With this class registration, you will receive all of the materials you need to continue to paint at home: brushes, paints and your own signed copy of Sarah's BRAND NEW "Café in Bloom" Watercolor Workbook.
We cannot wait for you to join us on the Eastside, in Bellevue, at Fruit Wine Co.'s spacious and lovely venue. Grab your besties, and enjoy a guided wine tasting with master sommelier Jackson Rohrbaugh. Taste through several low-intervention, small producer wines from all over the world as you paint. Non alcoholic options are also available, and of course bottles will be available for purchase after you've gotten to sip and taste and savor throughout the afternoon. Just a reminder, the event space is for guests 21+.

Street Cheese - Wine & Cheese Class
Join Jackson Rohrbaugh and cheesemongers Tailor Kowis & Courtney Johnson for an evening of food and wine pairing. We’ll be discussing in depth one of life’s most magical partnerships, wine + cheese. We will be tasting 6 wines alongside 6 cheeses, and we’ll discuss why they work together. If you want to dive into the nature of food pairing alongside some delicious wines, this is the event for you.
Street Cheese is a mobile cheese shop primarily serving the communities south of Central Seattle. Street Cheese’s passion lies in serving the cheesemakers by telling their stories—and the company sources a variety of local cheeses, as well as high-quality domestic and imported cheeses that meet stringent ingredient standards.
Street Cheese was founded in 2020 and is owned by two career cheesemongers, Tailor Kowis and Courtney Johnson. They have a combined 21 years of experience behind the counter and bring a high level of skill to cheese selection, care, and pairing. Tailor has a passion for high-quality, seasonal food, and unconventional flavor combinations; she is the creative brain behind the business. Courtney is the company’s chief educator as a PhD and an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and Cheese Sensory Evaluator.
Take it from us, Tailor and Courtney know their stuff and are super good at what they do. We’ve been working with them for years and we love the way they choose, prepare and present cheese. We can’t wait for you to meet them too!

The Cellar tasting+class
This is our luxury experience. Taste five high end, fantastic wines with us. You can even coordinate with the team to pick what kinds of wine we’ll be tasting. Drink well, snack well, learn and savor.
1 hour session | $85 per person

Home tasting+class
You pick the place–your home, your office, or your private island, and Jackson comes to you and a group of your family, friends, or colleagues to pour wine, teach, and provide a curated sommelier experience wherever and whenever you need.
2+ hour session | Starting at $1200
zoom/remote tastings
Ever since the pandemic started, we’ve become experts in remote tastings! We’ve tasted with corporate teams, bachelorette parties, graduating classes, remote family reunions, and just about every group you can imagine! Here’s how we do it:
1) We pick a date and time, then curate wines together
2) We ship wine to your participants, wherever they are in the continental US.
3) On the day and time of the tasting, everyone logs on and we taste wine together, with shared maps, pictures, and a fun, carefree classroom atmosphere, led by Jackson, our Master Sommelier. It’s Q & A free for all, so this is your chance for anyone in your group to ask that wine question they’ve always wanted to know but were afraid to ask!

feel like styling yourself out?
We offer a Caviar & Champagne service that is the perfect treat!
Our Caviar service is different. No blini, no white gloves. You’ll certainly get the mother of pearl spoons, but your caviar will be served next to our all-time favorite, Pringles. If you poll fifteen fine-dining sommeliers, chances are that’s the way they’ll suggest serving it too. It rocks, take our word for it.
Our Caviar and Champagne service can be added to any in-person tasting for $60 per person, which includes Champagne, Crème Fraîche, tasty chips, and 1/2 oz Caviar per person.
