is the guest sommelier for our September box. Nelson has been the wine director for 15 years at Canlis, one of Seattle’s most loved restaurants. With Nelson as wine director and Jackson as assistant wine director, Canlis took home the James Beard award for Outstanding Wine Program in 2017. Nelson has taught Jackson most of what Jackson knows about wine and hospitality.
