Grapes: 100% Pinot Gris

Devium “Sans Soufre” Mourvèdre, French Creek 2020

Grapes: 100% Mourvèdre

ABV: 12.5%

Region: French Creek Vineyard, Yakima Valley, WA

Winemaker: Keith Johnson

Viniculture: Organically farmed, low-intervention viticulture, hand-harvested

Winemaking: Foot crushed, 100% whole cluster fermentation, four weeks of maceration, 8 months aging in neutral oak.

Gonzáles Bastías País en Tinaja 2020

  Grapes: 100% País (also known as Mission)

ABV: 13%

Region: Maule Valley, Valle Central, Chile

Winemaker: Jose Luis Gomez Bastías

Viniculture: Organically farmed, and hand-harvested. 

Winemaking: Like the viticulture at Bastías, everything is done by hand. Grapes are hand-harvested, pressed/crushed through wooden reed slats, and transferred to clay amphorae to ferment with wild yeasts

 

Royal Tokaji Dry Furmint 2019

Grapes: 100% Furmint

ABV: 10.6%

Region: Tokaji, Hungary

Winemaker: Máté Varga

Viniculture: Sustainably farmed, and grapes are hand-harvested

Winemaking: This wine was direct pressed in whole bunches, then transferred to a combination of Hungarian oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Roughly 15% of the oak is new each year
