Libertine Wines "Wave Blaster" 2021

Grapes: 60% Lagrein, 40% Scheurebe

ABV: 13% 

Region: Yamhill-Carlton, Willamette Valley, OR

Winemaker: Alex and Veronica Neely

Viniculture: Organically farmed, low-intervention viticulture, hand-harvested

Winemaking: After a two day cold soak on the skins, this wine was fermented in neutral oak barrels with native vineyard yeast. It is unfiltered and unfined.

Grapes: 100% Chenin Blanc

Grapes: 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay

ABV: 13%

Region: Johan Vineyard, Van Duzer Corridor, Willamette Valley, OR

Viniculture: Organic/Biodynamic 

Winemaking: This is a carbonic coferment of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, two grapes that share a lot of similarity in origin, but that are rarely blended when made into still wines. 

Domaine Bobinet "Hanami" 2020

Grapes: 100% Cabernet Franc

ABV: 10.6%

Region: Saumur-Champigny, Loire Valley, France

Winemaker: Emeline Calvez

Viniculture: Organically farmed

Winemaking: Only wild yeasts are utilized during vinification, as is neutral oak. The wine sees a short carbonic maceration and then ages until it’s ready. 

 

Tenuta Sette Cieli "Yantra" 2019

Grapes: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot

ABV: 14%

Region: Tuscany, Italy

Winemaker: Elena Pozzolini

Viniculture: Organic farming. These vineyards are situated on the Tuscan coast near Bolgheri, where many of the great Super-Tuscans grow.

Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures with indigenous yeast; 100% malolactic.

Font du Loup Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc 2020

Grapes: 50% Grenache blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Clairette

ABV: 11.5%
