Grapes: Garnacha 100%

ABV: 14.5% 

Region: Costers del Segre, Cataluña, Spain

Winemaker: Tomàs Cusiné

Viniculture: Organic, mountainside vineyards between 600-800 meters in elevation

Winemaking: Vinified with partial whole clusters, aged in 1000 liter neutral French tonneaux barrels

Grapes: Grenache 100%

ABV: 14.5%

Region: Russian River Valley, CA

Winemaker: Nicolas Cantacuzene

Viniculture: Sustainably-farmed, silty loam-soil vineyard in Russian River Valley, hand-harvested

Winemaking: After hand-sorting, this wine is fermented 20% whole cluster with wild yeasts and aged for 10 months neutral vessels (concrete and large used oak barrels) to preserve varietal character.

Winemaking: Destemmed grapes, fermented with wild yeast, aged in neutral vessel for 24 months before bottling

Region: Blue Mountain Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley, WA

Viniculture: In the hills above Walla Walla, the soil is silty loam and loess

Winemaking: Destemmed, gentle press, wild yeast fermentation, daily lees-stirring

 

FRAM Grenache Gris 2020

Grapes: Grenache Gris 100%

ABV: 13%

Region: Western Cape, South Africa

Winemaker: Thinus Krüger

Viniculture: This is the only Grenache Gris vineyard in South Africa

Winemaking: Skin-fermented for 12 weeks, then aged for 9 months in old oak barrels
