Our beautiful Owen smith created painting once again graces the front of this bottle. A deep purple/garnet color and violet lead to a palate full of bacon fat, cherry, cassis and powerful tannins. This wine only gets better as it sits in the glass, and we suggest a generous decant if consuming young. The meaty, smoke finish fulfills the promise of our “angel of meat”.  62%  syrah, 24% Petite sirah, 14% Petit verdot.
